The primary function of this role is to bring on board new brands and benefits for ISIC Holders and sign up the special deals for both Indian as well as global ISIC holders.
The duties will include:
Identify new benefit providers and sign up new discounts and benefits for ISIC India.
Manage and grow existing brand relationships with all the benefit providers in India and Alliance partners, products & service pipeline.
Develop new business opportunities by cold calling a list of merchants to expand the range of offers to our subscribers
Responsible for achieving daily activity requirements through outbound merchant contact.
Creating an opportunity for long & short term alliances with benefit providers across the country.
Ensure that all business partners are being regularly visited and updated with latest information about all ISIC benefits and services.
Come up with innovative solutions as offering to clients to ensure conversion.
Regularly report to the Manager about the key developments (in terms of new tie-ups, market and competitive trends etc.) in the allocated region and/or any outstanding issues
Required Skills & Attributes:
Entry level or 1+ years of proven success in a sales environment
Exceptionally good communication skills with knowledge of Microsoft tools.
Experience selling and cold calling various types of businesses, local merchants.
Demonstrate high degrees of diligence and accountability, with evidence of personal results
A balance of readiness to learn and confidence.
Comfortable in a competitive environment, with evidence of personal ambition to improve.
Abnormally strong negotiation and consultation skills
Captive learner, excited about the opportunity to develop consultative sales skills
