Pulzip Craft Museum

Pulzip Craft Museum was founded in June 2006 to foster understanding Pulzip craftwork made by ancestors. They collect, research, exhibit, and educate to preserve the tradition of Pulzip craft and lead the traditional value of Pulzip crafts to the future.

Pulzip is a natural material such as straw and grasses and it has been used to craft Korean traditional items. The craftwork made with Pulzip is characterized by its excellent functional and aesthetic appearance, as it is a method of applying the wisdom of our ancestors.

- Closed every Monday, New Year’s Day, Lunar New Year’s Day, Chuseok Day, the day before Lunar New Year/Chuseok.

Programs

Experience crafting items with grasses and straw by yourself! Reservation is required a minimum of two days before arrival

- The materials can be used only after soaked in water, and it takes time to be prepared, so reservation is required.

- Saturday and Sunday also available, but the inquiry is required in advance by phone.

- It takes from 30mins~2hours to all day depending on the programs.
