Waymysl

Waymysl - the way to a good psyche
The Waymysl project aims to support young people aged 14 to 19 to work on their mental health. Waymysl is built on the professionalism of trainers (psychologists/women with university and specialist training) and evidence-based psychological foundations!
Waymysl courses run weekly throughout the school term. In a group of 15 like-minded young people and under the guidance of a pair of excellent lecturers (a male and female psychotherapist), male and female students have the opportunity to discuss important mental health topics in a safe environment. Students will learn how to work with emotions, stress, expectations and pressures from their surroundings. They practice how to communicate and function well in relationships (friendships, partnerships and family). They will practice coping with psychologically challenging situations. And there will be room for other important topics that may not be openly discussed elsewhere.
